Represents a vertical gap between controls with an optional horizontal line in it.

Parameters:

Parameter	Description	Default value
size	size of the vertical gap, in pixels	universal indent (same as indent from left and right for all controls)
line	a boolean value that defines if the horizontal line should be shown in the middle of the gap	false
